1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN jointly by the King's Harbour Master Portsmouth, the Cowes Harbour Master, the Harbour Master ABP Southampton and the Langstone Harbour Master that the Dawnbusters Reunion will take place on Saturday 15 July 2023.
2. Approximately 120 Personal Water Craft (PWCs) will be participating in a clockwise circumnavigation of the Isle of Wight, departing from Langstone Harbour.
3. The participants will depart in groups of 25 PWCs at 30-minute intervals from 0800.
4. There will be 6 safety support vessels which will be marked by a blue flag.
5. There will also be 8 marshal PWCs which will be distinguished by operators wearing yellow hi viz yellow shirts.
6. All PWCs will obey the COLREGs at all times and obey all speed limits in place in the waters they pass through.
7. All PWCs and their support craft are to complete the circumnavigation by 1600.
