1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the King’s Harbour Master Portsmouth, that diving and underwater operations will take place at the entrance to Two Basin, HMNB Portsmouth on 21 April 2023. 2. Diving will be conducted from the 15m blue multi role vessel ‘TEDWORTH’. The vessel will remain in the vicinity of the Two Basin Entrance during operations. Diving will take place between 1130 and 1300. 3. The vessel will maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 11 and 13 during operations and display flag ALFA when diving is taking place. A close liaison will be maintained with KHM Harbour Control. 4. Mariners are requested to pass at slow speed, minimising wash, and give a wide berth to the site when diving is taking place. 5.
