1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the King's Harbour Master Portsmouth that Seabed Sampling Operations will be conducted in the maintained areas of the Tidal Basin area and D Lock Entrance (W) within HM Naval Base Portsmouth on 29 January 2024. 2. The contractor for these minor sampling works will be Ecospan Environmental Ltd using the multi-cat vessel MV “COASTAL SURVEYOR” (LOA 7.9m). The vessel will display the appropriate signals when conducting survey operations, working daily during daylight hours only.

3. Mariners are requested to keep a good lookout and pass at slow speed while sampling works are being conducted. The vessel will maintain a listening watch on VHF Ch 11 throughout operations. 4. KHM Harbour Control will be kept informed of work in progress and will de-conflict movements with other marine traffic.
