1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Queen's Harbour Master Portsmouth, that a European Sailing Championship will take place between Saturday 20 August and Friday 26 August 2022, in the central Solent.
2. There will be approximately seventy ‘Flying Fifteen’ 20 ft keel boats competing.
3. Racing starts at 1000 each day and will be complete by 1600.
4. The principal committee vessel is ‘Cowes United’ which is a white 30ft motor catamaran. They will be supported by two other committee vessels which are white cabin cruisers.
5. Additionally, there will be three RHIBS acting as further support and marshal craft.
6. Mariners are requested to keep a good lookout and pass well clear of the windsurfers and the support craft during this event.
