1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN jointly by the Queen's Harbour Master Portsmouth and Langstone Harbour Master, that for the purpose of the Eastney Cruising Association Regatta being held at 1600 on Sunday 28 July 2019, the harbour speed limit of 10 knots will be temporarily relaxed for the participants of a power boat race between Langstone Harbour Entrance and Langstone Fairway Pile. The race will last for approximately 45 minutes. The speed limit of 10 knots applies to all vessels not participating in this event.
2. Vessels navigating in vicinity of this event should exercise extreme caution and should keep clear of the area while the event is in progress. 3. Cancel this Local Notice to Mariners on 29 July 19.
