1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Queen's Harbour Master Portsmouth that General Direction 10/10 (Hulks Safety Zones and keep clear warship berths) has been cancelled due to cessation of military exercises in this area.
2. Mariners are advised that in accordance with General Direction 02/18, the requirement to keep clear of warship berths and anchorages remains.
