1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Queen’s Harbour Master Portsmouth that small arms firings at Tipner Range have permanently ceased and therefore, the Danger Area in Portchester Lake and associated measures are now rescinded. The Danger Area limits currently defined by the following points as shown on British Admiralty Charts 2628 and 2631 will be removed accordingly. 

 a. The 400 yard Firing Point Flagstaff (50°49’.46N   01°05’.64W). 
 b. Pile 84. 
 c. Pile 78. 
 d. Position 50º 50’.135N 001º 07’.665W (unmarked). 
 e. Position 50°49’.585N   01°07’.915W (unmarked). 
 f. Pile 62 
 g. Pile 87. 

2. All current Navigation Piles (62, 64, 70, 78, 84, 87 & 89) that carry WARNING Notices will have the signage removed as soon as practicable with appropriate charting action being taken to reflect this. 

3. The consent to allow marine traffic to exceed the maximum harbour speed limit of 10 knots when transiting through the area is hereby cancelled. 

4. Portsmouth LNTM 03/20 is hereby superseded. 

5. Cancel this LNTM on the 31 December 2020.
