Royal Navy come out on top during the Commander British Forces Cup 01 June 2022 The Royal Navy have championed for another year at the Commander British Forces Cup in Gibraltar British Forces Gibraltar recently held their annual Commander British Forces Cup with teams competing from the Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, British Army and the Royal Gibraltar Regiment (RG). Sports included tennis, football, water polo, swimming, super teams, volleyball, tug of war and paddleboard racing. A great day was had for all with the Royal Navy coming out on top winning overall across the competitions. The competition provides an opportunity for Armed Forces people to come and represent their respective units in a sporting environment, whilst amongst the stunning backdrop of the pools and beaches of Gibraltar. No other base runs a competition in one day across the pools and beaches with the backdrop we have PO Craig Sutton
