NAVWARN No 27/17

1. Four temporary yellow special marks have been laid in a north south line, approximately 50m west of USN ROBERT E PEARY berthed on Middle Slip jetty. No civilian marine traffic is permitted to enter or transit between this line of buoys and the USN vessel.   

2. The positions of the 4 special marks are 50 48.38N 001 06.78W, 50 48.36N 001 06.78W, 50 48.32N 001 06.78W, 50 48.28N 001 06.78W. All four buoys are fitted with lights (FL Y 4s).

3. Mariners should be aware of these temporary marks if transiting on the eastern side of the main channel within the harbour.

4.    The following Portsmouth NAVWARNS remain in force: 26/17, 25/17, 21/17, 65/16, 55/16, 29/16, 17/16, 83/15, 27/14, 57/12, 52/11, 40/11, 45/10, 78/05 & 10/04.

5. Cancel this NAVWARN 20 MAR 17.
