If you have an interest in any swimming discipline, you can gain access to a wide range of facilities, while having the opportunity to compete across the UK and internationally.

Royal Navy Swimming

Whatever discipline you're interested in, and whatever your experience or skill level, you can swim with us. From pool swimming and open water swimming, to spring diving and high diving, you can take part.

There are also dedicated sessions available across different bases, so you can work on achieving your goals anywhere.

Whether you're focused on improving your fitness, developing your performance and competition readiness, or just want to become more confident in the water, you can come and get swimming with us.

Get involved

All types of swimming-based sports and activities are open to serving Royal Navy personnel, and being with us gives you membership of Swim England; with access to National and International Masters swimming competitions.

There's also the opportunity to become a lifeguard, through our National Pool Lifeguard Qualification courses, and put your talents to greater use.
