Lacrosse

It doesn't matter if you have played lacrosse before or just want to learn the game, there are different teams, formats and competitions to suit you.

Royal Navy Lacrosse

We provide opportunities to play one of the most high-energy sports in the world. With teams of varying sizes and matches based on flexible rules, including full contact play, we currently have men’s, women’s and mixed format set-ups and encourage people of all abilities to get involved.

We enter tournaments all over the UK as well as taking on the other Services, so you'll never be short of fantastic opportunities to compete.

If you're interested in just lifting your fitness levels, and using lacrosse as a fun and competitive way to push yourself too, you'll also be welcome to take part.
