TWO BASIN PONTOON INSTALLATION WORKS AUGUST – NOVEMBER 2024

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the King’s Harbour Master Portsmouth that pontoon installation and supporting works will be taking place on the western side of 2 Basin wall in HM Naval Base Portsmouth commencing on 5 August and expected to complete early November 2024.

2. The works will be conducted by Baker Trayte Marine Ltd using their MPV “BULLDOG” (LOA 14.8m), multi-cat “UNCLE BILL” (LOA 13.3m) and their spud leg crane barge “ASNE” (LOA 40m).  

3. All vessels will maintain a listening watch on VHF Channels 11 and 12 and are requested to pass at an appropriate speed, minimising wash, and give a wide berth to the site when works are being undertaken.
