Lt Cdr Heather Crossley

• Joined the Royal Navy in September 2013 as a Marine Engineer Submariner.
• Conducted Phase 2 training at HMS Sultan including sailing on deterrent patrols with HMS VICTORIOUS and HMS VIGILANT.
• Completed two maintenance periods and deterrent patrols as a complement AMEO and qualified CAT A1 nuclear watchkeeper again on HMS VICTORIOUS and HMS VIGILANT.
• Joined the Base Nuclear Safety Assurance team at HMNB Clyde in 2019.
• Undertook the role of ST26 as a searider with FOST SM providing training on the Vanguard Class Hover and Missile Compensation Systems.
• Assumed command on London URNU in January 23. 

CSgt Breen

• Joined the Royal Marines Band Service in 1995, the last intake at RMSM Deal.
• Has performed solos for Royalty, at some of the most prestigious venues in the world.
• Worked with the British Forensic Team on Op AGRICOLA IV, gathering evidence for the trial of Slobodan Milosevic.
• Formed part of a Breathing Apparatus and Rescue Equipment Team during OP FRESCO in 2002.
• After completing the RM Bandmaster’s Course in 2012, was promoted to Colour Sergeant.
• Owned and managed a 4600 sq ft functional fitness facility upon leaving the RM Band Service in 2018.
• Re-entered military service in 2020 as the Recruit Pipeline Manager at HMS WILDIFRE.
• Assumed the role of London URNU Coxswain in Sep 2021.

Lt Browne RNR

• Conducted an official salute to HM the Queen and all Senior Members of the Royal Family during the Diamond Jubilee pageant on the Thames in 2012.  One of only two official salutes conducted that day  
• Supported 15 other partner nations in Europes largest NATO maritime exercise, BALTOPS in June 2018
• Leadership training with French Marines in L'Orient, summer 2014
• Achieved Yacht Master Offshore qualification following a week's training at BRNC Dartmouth
