Combined Cadet Force

Established in 1948, the CCF RN/RM in schools give young people the leadership skills, national qualifications and self-confidence to take charge of their lives so they can reach their full potential at school and beyond. With 163 RN or RM Sections, 6,600 cadets and an ambition to grow further under the CCF Cadet Expansion Programme the focus is on exciting ‘RN’ experiences.

The UK’s largest maritime youth charity, established in 1856 and working in over 400 units with 14,000 cadets.
