Cockleshell welcomes Service families based in Portsmouth and the surrounding area to enjoy a range of facilities, events and activities.
Baby clinics, parent and toddler groups, fitness sessions and coffee mornings are all available at Cockleshell Community Centre. Whether you’re living on-base in Portsmouth, have a private home in the region or are just visiting the area, you’ve got the opportunity to get involved and meet new people from the wider Service community. Actively engaging with the community centre can provide a really important social outlet and even help you to develop a support network among other Service families. Interested? Come down to Cockleshell and join the community.

Away from the centre itself, you can also visit the nearby Eastney Swimming Centre or take a stroll down the beach.
