Chivenor welcomes Service families based in Barnstaple and the surrounding area to enjoy a range of facilities, events and activities.
The Community Centre is located on the married quarters estate at Chivenor next to Bright Start Nursery/Pre School and the Stables.
There is a children’s play park across the road from it.
Actively engaging with the community centre can provide a really important social outlet and even help you to develop a support network among other Service families. Interested? Come down to Chivenor and join the community – we’re open whenever a scheduled group is running.
There’s also a range of facilities for you to use, including:
Fully equipped kitchen
Patio area with picnic tables
Lawn Garden
The Community Centre is available for bookings by prior arrangement for one off events, birthday parties etc on 01271 857713.
The Hoof Inn can found Opposite Chivenor Gymnasium.
