University Cadetship Entry (UCE)

Streamline your route to a world-class engineering career by applying for UCE, our dedicated scheme for high achievers. There are limited places available each year, but if you’re successful, you’ll gain a fully funded degree, get your hands on some seriously sophisticated kit, and have a guaranteed job waiting for you when you graduate. What do I need?

  • Five GCSEs at grade 7 or higher, including English Language and Maths
  • 144 UCAS points in non-overlapping subjects, with at least 40 in maths and an engineering-based science
  • A high pass score at the Admiralty Interview Board (AIB)
  • Accepted onto a degree course in a UK university studying an Engineering degree or acceptable STEM subject
