Shoulder pain

Shoulder pain is common and can be caused by a number of things but when doing lots of exercise, it can be as a result of overuse or muscle strain. If you are experiencing shoulder pain, rest the area for at least two weeks and just carry out exercises which don‘t put any strain on the area. If you experience discomfort for a prolonged period, then please consult your doctor.
