1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Queen's Harbour Master Portsmouth that Autonomous Surface Vessel (ASV) trials will be conducted in the northern area of Portchester Lake between 6 and 8 October 2021.

2. ASV operations will conducted in daylight only with a safety vessel in attendance throughout. The ASV is a grey vessel with a frame and powered by an outboard motor, LOA approx. 6m. It will be controlled from the shore.

3. The safety vessel is ‘KEV 4 / MMSI 235095484’, which is a grey vessel approx. 6m LOA and will be manned. They will be listening on VHF Ch 11 and 16.

4. Trials will be conducted from two hours before High Water Portsmouth to two hours after High Water Portsmouth. Approximate timings for each day are as follows:

6 October 2021: 1000 to 1400
7 October 2021: 1045 to 1445
8 October 2021: 1120 to 1520

5. The operating area to the north east of Trafalgar Wharf, is defined as follows:

6. Mariners are requested to remain clear and be mindful of wake turbulence when passing.

7. Cancel this LNTM on 9 October 2021.
