1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Queen's Harbour Master Portsmouth, that a windsurfing event will take place between Monday 13 September to Thursday 16 September 2021 off Browndown Point.
2. There will be approximately 25 windsurfers competing.
3. Racing starts at 0930 each day and will be complete by 1700.
4. There will be a committee boat named "TEQUILA" (6.5M LOA Motorcruiser) and three other RHIBS as support vessels. All craft will be identified by signal flag ‘R’, red with yellow cross.
5. Mariners are requested to keep a good lookout and pass well clear of the windsurfers and the support craft during this event
6. Cancel this Local Notice to Mariners 18 September 2021.
