1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Queen's Harbour Master Portsmouth, that a kite surfing and foiling event will take place on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 August 2021, off Browndown Point.
2. There will be approximately 25 kite surfers and foilers competing.
3. Racing starts at 0930 each day and will be complete by 1800.
4. There will be a committee boat (6m vessel with pilot house) and three RHIBS as support vessels. All craft will be identified by signal flag ‘R’, red with yellow cross.
5. Mariners are requested to keep a good lookout and pass well clear of the kitesurfers, foilers and the support craft during this event
6. Cancel this Local Notice to Mariners 16 August 2021.
