Port Solent is the south coast's premier destination marina with easy access to the Solent.

Set against the vibrant backdrop of the Boardwalk restaurants, bars and shops, sailors are drawn to its unique atmosphere. Top-class facilities, which earned the Yacht Harbour Association's highest award of Five Gold Anchors, make Port Solent an ideal place to keep your boat.

Haslar Marina

Haslar is a modern purpose-built marina situated in a superb location within Portsmouth Harbour near Gosport at the eastern end of The Solent.

Regarded as one of the leading marinas on the south coast, the buildings at Haslar have been designed with a “New England” flavour, enhanced with natural materials, timber boarding, slate & clay tiled roofs to compliment the “Millennium Walkway” running around the marina, from the Submarine Museum to Priddy’s Hard.

The marina was built in response to a demand for quality berths within quick and easy reach of open water. Its popularity stems, most notably, from the quality of the facilities, together with very high levels of customer service, all at a reasonable price to the yachtsman.

The pontoons are well protected by a large wave screen and the marinas’ sheltered position in Haslar creek. Each berth is fully serviced with water, electricity & wireless broadband connectivity, and there are no tidal restrictions, even at very low tides.

Everything you need...

Upon approach, you are welcomed by our large green Lightship “Mary Mouse II”, permanently moored on the outside of the marina, by the harbour entrance. She has been fully converted and recently re-fitted into a stylish bar & bistro, with meeting/training rooms, extensive shower and washroom facilities and a laundry.

Security on site is excellent. With staff in attendance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, pontoon security gates, low-level and flood lighting throughout the site and extensive CCTV coverage, little goes on unnoticed. In addition, being situated in Portsmouth Harbour - the home of the British Naval Fleet, patrols by the M.O.D. and police by water are frequent.

If you have any questions regarding Haslar Marina, you can contact us by calling or e-mailing us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Gosport Marina

Gosport Marina offers sailors 24-hour access to the world famous cruising grounds of the Solent.

And with major investment at the marina there are now first-class facilities to match its prime location 500m from the mouth of Portsmouth Harbour.

Making their debut for this year's summer season are a new marina office, showers and toilets, with a new restaurant and bar planned to follow.

Friendly and experienced members of staff are still available 24 hours a day to provide you with the best possible service.

A raft of other investment has seen the marina recently re-dredged to a minimum of two metres and a breakwater redevelopment ensuring better protection for berth holders from the wash created by passing ships.

There are many potential day and weekend sailing trips, with the Isle of Wight close by. Gosport Marina is also an excellent launch pad to cruise to the West Country and France.

The marina can accommodate boats up to 20 metres. Vessels are protected by CCTV and security patrols.
