Skills & Disciplines

Always mission ready

The Royal Navy is a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team of over 30,000. Engineers, doctors, chefs, administrators, chaplains, pilots, reservists, meteorologists, mine clearance divers and elite fighting forces... we’re an incredibly diverse team. Together we protect the UK’s interests, look after our own people, maintain the equipment that keeps us sailing, flying and serving, and make sure that whatever the challenge or environment, the Royal Navy is always mission-ready.
