Royal Navy CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength, conditioning, and overall fitness programme consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, body weight exercises and Olympic Weightlifting. By taking elements from several sports and types of exercise, it can be effectively incorporated into any structured training regime, complementing your development and further boosting your abilities no matter what your chosen activity may be.

CrossFit is also incredibly beneficial used as part of a general training programme, whether that's for improving your overall health, increasing your mental fitness or stepping up your personal ambitions.
