Rugby League

Whatever your skill level, we have a coaching and training scheme that will put you in the best position to progress in Rugby League.

Royal Navy Rugby League

Rugby League is a contact sport which requires a high level of physical fitness, both in terms of strength and cardiovascular ability. Fast paced, it's exciting for everyone, from the players, spectators and officials.

We have a highly thought of coaching team, able to work with players of all experience. Individuals of any ability who are interested in Rugby League, or simply want to try a new sport, are encouraged to join a training period and go from there. Whatever your ability, time will be dedicated to improving your understanding of the game, developing your key skills and improving overall fitness.

Personnel of all abilities and skill are encouraged to join RNRL. There are no fees, though a personal contribution is required to cover some of the costs, and all training and kit is provided.

Once up and playing you will be invited to a period of assessment and training, developed to allow you the opportunity of progressing to the Senior squad, while players of the required competitive standard will be available for selection on the various tours..
