On the sad occasion of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Queen's Harbour Master Portsmouth hereby gives notice of the following Direction made under Schedule 1 Paragraph 1(1) of the Dockyard Port of Portsmouth Order 2005. 2. With effect from 1200 on Saturday 10 September 2022, recognising the formal proclamation as King of His Majesty King Charles III, the Queen’s Harbour Master Portsmouth will assume the title King’s Harbour Master Portsmouth (abbreviated to “KHM”). After this time, all radio calls on VHF Channels 11 and 13 are to use the callsign “King’s Harbour Master” or “KHM”. 3. All current General Directions, Local Notices to Mariners and other orders or documentation issued by the Queen’s Harbour Master Portsmouth will remain in force until formally replaced or cancelled.
