PLYMOUTH LOCAL NOTICE TO MARINERS 043/25

 

HOOE LAKE WORKS - INFORMATION

 

1. This notice is for information by the King’s Harbour Master (KHM) Plymouth pursuant to the Dockyard Port of Plymouth Order 2020 and is issued on behalf of the Cattewater Harbour Commissioners.
   
   
2. Works will be taking place on Friday 20^th June 2025 within Hooe Lake (approximate position 50° 21.464’ N 004° 06.340’ W).
   
   
3. The works will include use of shore cranes and support vessels
   
   
4. Safety boats will maintain listening watch on VHF Channel 14.
   
   
5. Mariners are requested to navigate with caution and pass at a safe distance and minimise wash when passing vessels engaged in operations.
   
   
6. Appropriate shapes will be displayed as required by International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea.
