PLYMOUTH LOCAL NOTICE TO MARINERS 031/25 - INFORMATION   

DREDGING AT HMNB DEVONPORT   

 

1. This notice is issued for information by the King’s Harbour Master Plymouth.
     
2. Delays to operations will extend Dredging works mentioned in PLNTM 015/25. Dredging will continue to take place at HMNB Devonport, IVO 50°22.81’N 004° 11.16’W until the 30 June 25.

3. The works will comprise of submersible pump dredging within HMNB Devonport licenced maintenance dredge area. Vessel Grey Bear will be utilised to complete the works.
   
   
4. Appropriate shapes will be displayed as required by International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea. Mariners are requested to pass at a safe distance and minimise wash when passing vessels engaged in dredging and surveying operations.
   
   
5. This PLNTM cancels and supersedes PLNTM 015/25.
   
   
6. Cancel this PLNTM 30 June 2025.
