PLYMOUTH LOCAL NOTICE TO MARINERS 028/25

DEPLOYMENT OF SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT - INFORMATION

1. This notice is for information from the King’s Harbour Master, Plymouth pursuant to the Dockyard Port of Plymouth Order 2020.
   
   
2. Three seabed frames have been deployed for approximately 5 months at the below locations:
   
   
   1. 1 x Seabed frame IVO Rame Head - 50° 18.488’N, 004° 11.978’W
   2. 2 x Seabed frames, West of Drakes Island - 50° 21.281’N, 004° 09.523’W and 50° 21.283’N 004°09.397’W
      
      
3. The frames will be on the seabed reducing the depth by no more than 60 cm.
   
   
4. Mariners are advised to keep well clear whilst in position.
