Guidance for MOD Families when completing the CENSUS

Details have been provided to all Royal Navy Personnel and MOD Staff to support in the completion of CENSUS 21.
 
We are aware that many of these will be completed by Family and not the Serving Person and as it is essential that instructions provided by the MOD are followed when completing.
 
Some of the question will need to be completed in a special way to ensure the correct answers are used. To assist with this, please use the attached document.

You should use BFPO 365 but if the system doesn't accept it use BF1 4LG.

Son on QE a year ago now on HMS Ledsbury what postcode do I enter on  the census? Will they be different or the same as both have Portsmouth as their home base.
