Commonwealth Day 2021

Commonwealth Day is an annual celebration observed by people all over the Commonwealth in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and Americas, the Pacific and Europe.

Commonwealth Day 2021 will be celebrated on 8 March 2021. This year the Royal Navy Commonwealth Network will host a virtual event centred around the same theme as last year – 'Delivering a Common Future' – highlighting how the 54 member countries in the Commonwealth family are ‘innovating, connecting and transforming’ to help achieve some of its biggest goals, like protecting natural resources.

COVID-19 has challenged all Commonwealth countries, but we remain hopeful that we will emerge stronger and more committed to our values than before.

The Commonwealth network is a family built around our shared values and history. We have a shared ambition and vision for a more prosperous and equal world; we collaborate for a common good and are committed to our objectives.

Please note the session is open to all Defence military and civilian personnel and it will be recorded.

Once you have registered, joining details will be sent to you prior to the event. Please register using your work email address only.
