Little Troopers X-Ray of Feelings can help children talk about emotions

This month Little Troopers launched a downloadable resource to help military children make sense of their emotions during challenging life events that they often face. ‘X-Ray of Feelings’ is a series of five beautifully illustrated pictures showing an X-Ray of a child’s body which uncovers some of the thoughts and feelings they might be experiencing.
 
The five scenarios covered are;

• Moving house
• Parent going away
• Parent coming home
• Starting a new school
• Making friends
