Mental Health Awareness Week

With this week being Mental Health Awareness Week we would like to ensure you are aware of some of the organisations/tools that are available to you for support.
 
With this years campaign being around 'Kindness' the Local Facebook Groups are running Live Chats and activities - do ensure you take a look and if not already a member then please join - note although these are seen as local groups if you are attached to a Unit in that area you can still get involved. Groups can be found here
