HM Submarines

Can we update our loved ones in the weekly familygrams about the situation in relation to Covid-19? Or is the subject something we cannot include when writing the familygrams?

    Hi Georgina,

I have to admit I don't know, but I will try and find out and get back to you.

    Hi Georgina,

It may be worth you sending an email to the address that you normally send the family-gram to and ask or contact the the support crew. Contact details should be in the letter that would have normally been sent to you.

Alternatively there is always the Officer of the Watch at Faslane who you could ask on 01436 674321 ext 4005.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello Georgina,

I was just wondering if you had found an answer to this? I was thinking the same!

    Hi Christy,

I would try the suggestions posted by Andy earlier in the thread(email or support crew). I have also sent you a Private Message.

    Good Afternoon,

The wrong email address was given out for my family gram, however I have emailed a family gram using the email provided in my deployment pack.  I recieved a response stating it will be transmitted'
I have tried contacting the Support Crew Duty with no luck.  I was wondering whether my FamilyGram will indeed reach the crew member currently deployed?

    Kind Regards,

    Hannah

    Good afternoon Hannah

I will flag this up to the Team in Scotland as it is not my area of expertise.
My gut says as long as it has the correct name / number on it, it will reach the correct inbox.

    Hi Hannah,

I have sent you a PM, this will show at the top of your screen when logged in. It will be the opposite crew that will do the administration for Familygrams being sent so that will be the reason you may be seeing different signature blocks on email replies. I have put some more information in the Private Message.

    Kind regards,

    Good Morning,

I have registered for the forums using a different email address to the one registered for sending family grams etc. Will this matter for receiving info on the upcoming zoom meetings or is there any way the email address can be changed for signing into the forums as it’s an email that’s previously been registered?
    Regards

    Hi Michelle,
There won't be a problem with that. As long as you have access to both those email addresses it will fine.

Kind regards, Jim NS FPS Digital Team
