With all the talk of modernising the support with the covenant recognising long term relationships, why is there yet another survey that only values the opinion of spouses? I have been supporting my partner through deployments for four years yet am not entitled to a voice?

    Hi Hayley,
Yes, unfortunately this survey is only aimed at spouse/civil partner of Regular Service personnel only.

    Hi Hayley,

We were lucky enough to meet with members of the FAMCAS team earlier this year when they attended two of our coffee mornings in Plymouth.

I have passed your comment on to them as it is important we hear your views.

I hope I can reassure you by saying that FAMCAS are thinking of a better way to include non-married partners in future.

As with many things service related, the change may take some time, but please do look out for future opportunities to participate and continue to let us know if we’re missing the point.

    Ros.
