This Mum Runs Military Mums

THIS MUM RUNS COMES TO TIDWORTH:
A running community for mums set to launch on 16th March 2019

They are looking to set a run up in the Portsmouth area so need feedback for it to happen.

Complete the poll so the Mums Run Team can judge numbers.

Background:
THIS MUM RUNSa running community that empowers and enables mums, whatever stage of their fitness journey, to find physical and mental well-being through running, friendship and head space.

This Mum Runs was founded four years ago by Mel Bound, a mum of two, after she posted on a local mums Facebook that, re-starting her running journey after injury and lacking the confidence to run alone, she was looking for a run buddy to join her. That night 75 mums turned up, and This Mum Runs was born.

Now over 50,000 mums are part of the This Mum Runs community, with thousands of runners taking part in hundreds of free runs, led by local volunteers, nationwide.

Mums often find it hard to make time for themselves amongst the juggle of work, school runs, family life and all the daily pressures of life as a parent.  This Mum Runs weekly runs help carve out time just for themselves, to not only get outside and go for a run, but make friends and find some head space, in a supportive and welcoming community.

Runs are led by Run Angels, local mums who have received training from us in order to lead our runs. And runs, for all abilities, take place at family friendly times as we know all too well how difficult it can be to even get out of the house!

The first run will take place AT Arcot Road, Tidworth (by the tarmac area by the viewing stands) on 16th March at 9am.

Mums, of all ages, can find out more about This Mum Runs by joining the local Facebook (search This Mum Runs Military Mums) or going to the website
