Loyal Customers Overpaying - Update from SAIL

Seafarers Advice & Information Line (SAIL) are aware that all loyal customers are paying too much for mobile phones, broadband, home insurance and mortgages, costing average households over £800 per year.
To highlight this the Citizens Advice have made a Super-Complaint (details in link).
Separately the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) have launched an investigation in to household insurance pricing (details in link).
Any positives outcomes from these investigations will benefit not only service personnel and their families but everyone.
