RNRMW Supported groups to return to Plymouth Naval Community Centres
Since the end of Sept 17, the Royal Navy Royal Marines Welfare (RNRMW) Team in Plymouth have been busy reviewing processes and procedures to ensure that our community centres are fully functional moving forward.
Most of the work carried out will not be immediately visible to the Service Community. Changes that will be seen are refreshed information boards, clean and tidy equipment, etc with further cosmetic changes being implemented throughout 2018.
It is planned that RNRMW Supported groups who were relocated will return to the centre’s with clear direction of this move being given by RNRMW Community Staff.
Each centre will be holding an open day. This will provide the service community the opportunity to meet with RNRMW staff and ask questions within an open forum but will also provide a confidentiality box for anyone who would like to ask a question or make a suggestion outside of the Q & A sessions, remaining anonymous. Children’s entertainment, light snacks and refreshments will be available throughout these events.
Dates for your diaries are:
Tuesday 9th January 0930 – 1400 – Radford Community Centre
Wednesday 10th January 0930 - 1400 - Crownhill Community Centre
Thursday 11th January 0930 – 1400 – Trevorder Community Centre
Further details of the programme for each opening will be available soon.
