Calling all Young Veterans aged 21 to 29 years to participate in Welfare Support research

As part of the Royal Navy’s on-going improvement to welfare and support through digital channels, a need has been identified to review how users are currently accessing and using the welfare section of the Royal Navy website.

It has been identified by the Royal Navy and the MOD that no digital specific research or personas exist for the young veteran’s audience. e3, who assist the Royal Navy with the website, are looking to develop a clear picture to understand the specific needs and level of detail required for Young Veterans to enable support to be provided via the Royal Navy website.
