To help you make the grade and realise your career ambitions, we’ve outlined all the stages you need to complete, and the standards you’ll need to achieve to be successful.

The stages are as follows:

1. Pre-joining Fitness Test Plus

>> 4. Final Selection Board <<
5. Initial Training (Officer)

Final Selection Board

Following your successful completion of the OSC, your performance will be be fully assessed with a final mark awarded. This mark is based upon your performance and the effort you give throughout the course. A fair mark according to your own personal achievement, it is provided by the Final Selection Board (FSB). The mark will determine whether you're progressed to the Initial Training stage, to begin your career as a Royal Marines Officer.
