Start this exercise with the correct form to avoid injury, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, your chest high and your eyes forward.
Grip the bar with palms facing inwards. Your hands should be close together.
Raise the bar to just underneath your chin, keeping the bar as close to the body as possible and your elbows high. Lower the bar, under control, back to the start position.
