Squat thrusts

How to do a Royal Navy squat thrust

Follow the below guide to ensure that you complete the movement correctly and without injury:

 

Start with your feet shoulder width a part, feet flat on the floor.

Pull the right leg in so that your knee meets your elbow. Push leg back to starting position.

Repeat with the alternative leg.
