How to do a Royal Navy pull-up

Using a qym equipment or an outdoor equivalent, follow the below steps.




Grasp the bar with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider then shoulder width and begin from a dead hang.

Engage the core, pull the head and torso up towards the bar concentrating on “pinching” the lats together.
