How to do Royal Navy outers

Follow the below guide to ensure that you complete the movement correctly and without injury:

Start by lying flat on the floor with your feet together and your arms by your sides.

Pull yourself up and pull your knees to your chest at the same time. Arms should move down your sides until they reach almost to your ankles. Lower back down to lying position and repeat.
