1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN jointly by the King’s Harbour Master Portsmouth and the Harbour Master of Portsmouth International Port that the fendering works will be conducted on the southern side of the central berthing dolphin of Berth 3 at the Commercial Port from 7 to 11 May 2024.

2. The contractor conducting the works is Baker Trayte Marine Ltd using their multi-cat vessel “UNCLE BILL” (LOA 13.3m), MPV “BULLDOG” (LOA 14.8M) and spud leg crane barge “ASNE” (LOA 40.0m).

3. Works will take place around shipping movements, and the fender will remain in situ throughout, though will not be at its normal load capacity.

4. Mariners and ships using berth 3 are requested to take care when berthing at no 3 berth and reduce speed to lessen impact on the fenders during this period.

5. Portsmouth Harbour Radio can be hailed on VHF Ch 11 or +44 23 9285 5900 for up to date information. Please note, VHF Ch 11 is the primary working channel for KHM Harbour Control Vessel Traffic Service.  After hailing Portsmouth Harbour Radio, users will be re-directed to another working channel.
