Whilst eight weeks away from my civilian job may seem a big ask, my employer recognises that the training will bring benefits that outstrip the time away. Accordingly I’m fully supported.

Successful candidates will need to attend a preparatory weekend at HMS Raleigh June 2017 prior to commencing eight weeks paid Initial Naval Training. The training will take place at both the historic Britainia Royal Naval College in Dartmouth and with the Royal Naval Fleet preparing, through this accelerated course, for their Fleetboard confirmation as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Naval Reserve and a whole new adventure beyond.

Upon successful completion of the project you can apply for the RNR Officer Financial Incentive which is worth up to £5000!

For more information, including details of the training opportunities and the types of skills we are looking for, pay, paid leave, non-contributory pension and Tax-free bounty, contact your local RNR unit and quote “RNR Accelerated Officer Programme”.

In addition to registering your interest to attend the RNR Accelerated Officer Programme please complete this form and email it to: NAVYMR-HQHERMES@mod.uk.
