Welcome to Glasgow URNU and HMS Smiter's website. HMS Smiter was built by Watercraft Ltd, Shoreham and commissioned in February 1986.
The Glasgow University's Royal Naval Unit exists to provide training to undergraduates in a wide range of naval skills. Also the URNU provides excellent opportunities for personal development.
