Welcome to Northumbrian University Royal Naval Unit (URNU) and HMS Example's web page from the whole of her ship's company. HMS Example was built by Watercraft Ltd, Shoreham in 1985.
The Ship's main role is to provide Navigation, Seamanship and general Naval Training in support of the Northumbrian Universities Royal Naval Unit (NURNU).
