RFA Fort George Undertakes RAS with HMS Daring

RFA Fort George seen in company with the impressive new Type 45 Destroyer HMS Daring.  The meeting recently took place in the Plymouth Exercises areas and allowed the ships to undertake Replenishment at Sea (RAS) training under the guidance of Flag Officer Sea Training staff cover.

This is believed to be the first time the HMS Daring has hooked up for both a fuel and stores RAS taking two rigs concurrently.
