Lyme Leads The Way

RFA Lyme Bay recently played a central role in a UK / US bilateral exercise in the Arabian Gulf.

The picture shows Lyme leading the Task Group which included USS Bataan, Gladiator, Scout Dextrous and HMS Grimsby.

HMS Chiddingfold and HMS Pembroke (not featured in the picture) also contributed to what proved to be a challenging but ultimately successful exercise.

The two week period fully demonstrated the partnership being forged in the Gulf with our major coalition partner.
